SU8 doesn’t support Win10 and it is not uncommon to hear that users have issues. There have been many reports of problems due to this but users have found switching to bit SketchUp has gotten around it. Perhaps you’ll have better results if you update the GPU drivers or perhaps you need to replace the graphics card.
