Thanks for replying! I did contact support and after speaking to 3 separate support staff I was finally given a number to speak with someone about QB Enterprise. I was able to find my missing payments, they had been mapped to the MISC fields.
I was planning to drop down and hit Omit from and then go back to the NEC section and add them back in. The problem is that all these accounts in the MISC section of the wizard say “Box 1: NEC” and the drop down is greyed out, so there is no way for me to change it to Omit.
I spoke with enterprise support and they are just searching online for a solution and reading me message board instructions. No luck, what a disaster.
