To access product keys and activation details for products purchased before 30 November, , enter the work email address you used to make your purchase. For products purchased after this date and more information, see the FAQs on this page. Enjoy all the benefits of premium Office apps on desktop, tablet and mobile with instant updates, increased security, cloud storage, and more.

To do so, enter the work email address you previously used to make a purchase. Please note that you must still work at the same company from which you received the Home Use Programme discount.

Microsoft has updated the Home Use Programme to offer discounts on the latest and most up to date versions of Microsoft Personal and Family, which are always up to date with premium versions of Office apps across all your devices.

Microsoft provides powerful productivity apps that help you make life more creative, organised and secure. Employees who work at a company that satisfies the Home Use Programme eligibility requirements. To confirm your eligibility, visit the Home Use Programme homepage. If you already have Microsoft Family or Microsoft Personal, you can still take advantage of this discount. You will receive the same Home Use Programme discount rate as your original purchase for as long as you maintain recurring billing on your subscription.

Microsoft Personal may only be used by the employee. If you have a Microsoft Family subscription, you can share it with up to five additional members of your household up to 6 users total. Your Microsoft annual subscription remains active and the discount continues to apply as long as you maintain recurring billing on your subscription.

Installs without issue, but splash screen reflects that the installed product is actually Office I refuse to accept a subscription based product, so I need to know whether there actually is an Office product available. I have contacted Microsoft support on this service request , but no success in achieving an install of Office I have received a few follow-up emails from tech support, and they all invite me to call back , but of course I can never speak to anyone, I just get bounced to online support.

All apps open with a splash screen saying it’s an Office app. Tech support seems to suggest this should be ignored, and is a potential bug in the app. This, unfortunately, is not yet the case. I work for a company that participates in the HUP. I have registered to make a purchase. I have followed the link to the Microsoft Store to make a purchase.

On the page in the store, there is a button for “Office Professional Plus”. But when I click that button in order to make the purchase, I get a link error.

I am trying to find a way to report this error to Microsoft so that it can be fixed and I can make my purchase. I would like to have the download option and the “DVD” edition. I have tried to access Microsoft’s “real person” on-line help, but that didn’t work today either. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Unfortunately, after completing the next step getting an email sent to my works email address from Microsoft with a new link in it , that last link, which goes to the store where a purchase can be made, goes to a broken store page.

However, customers who have purchased Office Professional Plus or Office Home and Business at the discounted price on the Home Use Program are still eligible to get a discount to purchase Office Home and Personal plans. In addition, customers who already got an Office Home or Personal subscription can still get a discount buying Office through the Home Use Program, even if they leave the company.
