Get rid of Norton, reboot and try to play the game crt. You will need to reverify the game files becaue Norton maybe has blocked or removed necessary files to the game to work It really is a crap antivirus and some even fry it is malicious in its own right. It’s possible that this issue has now been resolved, and that simply launching the game by clicking the “play” button may work as intended for SincereMalice. I am not able to play Far Cry 2. Yes, I still play it. It will load and then it will go through the motions like it is loading the maps so I can play and instead it just crashes.

I have had it since it came out in and have played it through probably 4 or 5 dozen times. But I still like to play it. Thank you for any help you can give me. I tried the suggested but nothing workes for me.

Hello, when i play my Map in the Editor, my Character move verry slow, but when i move my Mouse quickly to right or left then moving was normal I have purchased installed Farcry 4 from steam.
