Edit:- I found that rotation lock was enabled by default for windows I clicked on my notification icon at the bottom left of my screen next to the time and date and set rotation lock to off. Everything working perfect now. It seems that different methods are working on different models. I’m not sure what works for who but I was able to get both my Smart Gesture and Fliplock to resume working by using the following method.

User’s post on August 4, I can navigate through the Windows key and find the app, but when I tell it to open, it only runs the short tutorial video explaining the features of ASUS Fliplock. No matter how many times I ran the video the problem was not fixed. I did try restarting in Safe Mode, and the feature was still broken. In summary, my screen will flip, but the keyboard and mouse pad do not lock to prevent any accidental key mashing, and the tell-tale notification that normally appears in the top right corner of the screen to let me know fliplock has engaged does not appear.

Basically, the G-sensor appears to be working, but the part of the ASUS Fliplock feature that is supposed to disengage the keyboard seems to have been affected by the upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows I also have the Asus FlipLock feature.

It’s not a hardware problem, it’s since I’ve upgraded to Windows I tried to remove and reinstall the feature, it didn’t work. I also tried to go to the device manager and check for driver updates, but there weren’t any. Is this an issue that Windows 10 has to solve or Asus?
