Outlook supports multiple calendars and allows me to display any number of them on the screen in overlay mode. It’s unbelievable that I can’t print even two of them on the same calendar printout. The workaround I linked in my original message is from a Microsoft support page.
But it shouldn’t be necessary. Why doesn’t Microsoft simply fix the problem? Shift to the Calendar view, and check the calendars you will print simultaneously in the Navigation Pane.
